Gildan shirts are true to size. Joelle and Grace Co. Originals are on Bella and Canvas shirts, and they are long. 

If you are in between sizes, size up for a comfortable fit.

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

You should size up for a comfortable fit, most sweatshirts are more snug than shirts.
